Group Classes

I am currently taking a break from teaching group classes online and in-person. That might change (because everything does). Check back here or let me know if you’d be interested in one.

I am so grateful for Clare’s prenatal Zoom classes and all the things I learned from her! More than once during labor I heard her voice in my head telling me to breathe and find the movements that my body needed to cope with the contractions. Now, almost two months postpartum, I’m still using those tools to help me move and play with my babe and to find patience through breath when things are challenging. Clare is not only a deeply gifted teacher, but she has true compassion for her students and for her work. I would highly recommend her classes for any soon-to-be or new mom.

I am so glad I got to join Clare’s prenatal classes in my pregnancy. Her classes were relaxing and challenging at the same time. I learned some fundamental stamina techniques that really helped me through my surges in labour. I even took a class with Clare on the morning I went into labour and it set me up beautifully for the delivery. Clare’s postnatal classes have also been a blessing and are really helping me with back and shoulder aches. So so lucky to have stumbled upon these classes!
